Viva la Miami! The Digital Beauty team couldn’t say no to a trip to Miami to attend the INNOCOS Summit, a global event engaging decision-makers in the industry on the new trends and innovations in beauty.
The INNOCOS Summit focuses on building relationships and community within the beauty industry. Throughout the weekend, the Digital Beauty team had the opportunity to network with leaders in the industry, top brands, and notable beauty influencers. Unlike similar events, many influencers were also invited to attend! A hot topic of discussion was, of course, influencer marketing, and how effective it is in generating ROI for brands. We were informed that for every $1 spent on influencer marketing, brands average a $6.50 return on their investment – an ROI that exceeds many other forms of marketing. Additionally, Taylor & Pond client wet n wild Beauty was nominated for the INNOCOS Beauty 20 Awards for ‘Best Facebook Page’. The Beauty 20 Awards recognize the most groundbreaking innovation in digital marketing by beauty brands. Nominations come from fans that vote for the brands they feel are the most pioneering online. We were thrilled to be there on behalf of wet n wild Beauty, and although we did not win, we felt honored to be recognized for our digital marketing efforts.
