VSCO is a free editing app with some of our favorite film-like filters. The all-in-one camera, editing and photo sharing app is easy to use with a wide selection of filters and essential adjustment tools. 2. Snapseed

FaceTune is the ultimate all-over makeover app. From laughter lines and under eye bags to blemished skin, FaceTune has you covered. It’s basically Photoshop, but with more user-friendly navigation! In the app you can remove unwanted freckles, acne, eye bags with the Smooth tool. Reshape can be used to adjust any features, and make subtle color tweaks with Tone.
